Personalized Interventions

Using data from the HPP, we develop personalized interventions by modeling health at the individual level across genetics, multi-omics, imaging, lifestyle, and continuous monitoring.

HPP data enable AI models to learn how biological signals change over time and predict disease risk before clinical onset.

This approach supports tailored prevention and intervention strategies, such as personalized nutrition, lifestyle guidance, or treatment optimization, grounded in robust population-scale evidence rather than one-size-fits-all averages.

Metabolic Health

We study complex metabolic processes such as glycemic variability and lifestyle patterns using CGM, clinical, molecular and lifestyle data to identify early predictors of metabolic disease. Longitudinal analyses reveal lifestyle patterns associated with resilient metabolic profiles.
